Kena Capital was founded by Susan Park, a 15 year real estate developer. 

After developing over $50,000,000 in residential properties she realized that most new investors struggled to find profitable deals to rehab and develop. 

That's when she founded Kena Capital to help other investors find, analyze, and purchase undervalued residential real estate that have built in profits.
